Amy and Charlie got married! ♥

Yesterday was a very special day. Edo's sister got married and the party occured in their property just outside Bologna, on the hills. The location was very cute, full of flowers and lanterns, everything was well-groomed, the catering service efficient and most of all, the food was excellent! :D

Edo and I headed the location in the morning and we helped (but we also played frisbee, haha).

The civil ceremony took place under a white gazebo and I almost cried, the bride - Amy - was so beautiful: the dress, the make up, her: she was perfect. And also the groom - Charlie - was beautiful, of course :)

After the rite there was a long happy hour and we definitely ate too much, but everything was delicious! Canapes, fried fish, piadina with sausages and pickles, champagne and more.

For dinner I didn't eat a lot 'cause I was very jam-packed, but I enjoyed a delicious beef with tops.

Then it was time for the cake, a huge white level cake! Finally I ate some cupcakes with berries, yummy!

The only problem was the weather: actually, it was very cold outside. That's why I went to sleep early, about midnight. But it was a beautiful day, the couple is so sweet and I wish them all the love and happiness on the Earth ♥

Pool & Weekend in Riccione

I am finally starting to feel on holiday, but I've also realised that June is almost over. Time flies too fast, ugh. Today is raining (and since I suffer from meteoropathy, you can understand my mood), but last days were sunny and so Edo and I had some funny time at his pool. Here some pics :)

Instead this weekend I went to Riccione with my friends to celebrate my classmate's 18th birthday. The location was absolutely AMAZING. We were at the Grand Hotel Des Bains and even if we were about 20 people, we had fun and enjoyed the party. There was also a pool but I didn't brought a swimsuit. In the morning and in the afternoon we also spent some time on the beach.

Eating healthy and keeping fit is the way :)

My mom always "forced" me to eat healthy. When I was a child I hated that, I hated the fact that my I wasn't allowed to eat at Mc Donald's and junk food like that. But now I don't regret anything. Eating healthy makes you appreciate more your body and loving it more. Because when you eat you're aware you're doing something good for your body and then for you. 

Now that I'm on holiday I have much more time to dedicate to myself and I keep myself fit every single day. I do a lot of exercises (squats, lunges, exercise bike, etc.) and, despite it's very hot in these days (35°C!), I've never felt so good, healthy, satisfied of myself before :)

Here there are few pics of the food I eat (but I don't eat fruit and vegetables only, also meat and fish, cheese and cereals).
